You can request deletion of your ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ฒ account and its associated personal data at any time. Submit the form below with the email address tied to your account and we will process your request.
What gets deleted
Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, password).
- Your academic profile (university, registration number, year of study).
- Your enrollments, assignments, submissions, comments, and ratings.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for any other purpose. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Timeframe
Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. We may contact you at the email provided to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.
